Rhea Chakraborty Granted Permission For Vacation In Thailand, After Look-Out Circulars Were Cancelled By The Bombay High Court- Reports
Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty found herself in legal trouble after the death of her boyfriend, late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. She and her brother Showik Chakraborty have been under the radar for allegedly supplying drugs to the late actor. Ever since coming out of jail, she has been slowly opening up about her struggles. Days after the Bombay High Court ordered the cancellation of her look-out circulars against her and her brother, they have now obtained permission to travel to Thailand for a vacation.

Yes, you read that right! According to a report by the Free Press Journal, the brother-sister duo was granted permission to travel abroad by the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act court on Wednesday. After their vacation to Thailand, Rhea and Showik have reportedly been allowed to visit Sri Lanka to attend a Holi celebration. For those who don’t know, they were booked by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) as a part of its probe in connection with Bollywood and its drug suppliers. For the unversed, after Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his apartment, in June 2020, Rhea came under the scanner. She was criticised, ridiculed, and blamed for SSR’s death. She along with six others, including her brother, were accused of abetting his suicide. SSR’s case is being probed by CBI but no closure report has been filed yet. Talking about spending time in jail, in an earlier interview, she had recalled how the time system there resembled the ones set by the Britishers in terms of food and bedtime. The 31-year-old actor went on to say, “You get breakfast at 6 a.m., lunch at 11 a.m., and dinner at 2 p.m. because it goes with the British way of things. They open the gates at 6 a.m. and lock you in at 5 p.m. Until then, you can take a shower, go to the library, etc. Most people save their dinner and have it at 7-8 p.m. However, I changed my whole cycle. Yeh khana toh waise bhi khaya nahin jaayega. Garam hoga toh fir bhi khaya jaayega. Thanda toh bilkul nahin khaya jaayega. Hence, I started waking up at 4 a.m. and finishing my dinner at 2 p.m.”
